The Brookside Restaurant gives culinary students at HCTC much needed practical experience. Normally students take turn preparing and serving the meal, so they receive "front" and "back" of the house experience. With COVID, now they're learning how to adapt on the fly.

The Menu for Wednesday, March 17th  offers  a Saint Patrick's Day Boiled Dinner consisting  of Corned Beef Served with Cabbage, Carrots, Red Potatoes, Pearl Onions, Yeast Roll and a Saint Patrick's Day Pudding Parfait for just $8.00. The Chicken Alfredo and Seafood Alfredo choices are sold out as of mid-morning on Monday, March 15th.

Extra orders of the St. Patrick's Day Pudding Parfait (Crushed Oreo Cookies, Vanilla Pudding, Toffee Topping)  are available for $2.50
