The Brookside Restaurant gives culinary students at HCTC much needed practical experience. Normally students take turn preparing and serving the meal, so they receive "front" and "back" of the house experience. With COVID, now they're learning how to adapt on the fly.

The Menu for Wednesday, March 10th  offers  a choice of Baked Stuff Haddock with Lobster Newburg Sauce ($12.00 per meal) Served with Seasoned Orzo, Green Beans Almandine, Yeast Roll and a Deluxe Chocolate Brownie or Chicken Parmesan ($8.00 per meal) Served with Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce, Green Beans Almandine, Garlic Bread and a Deluxe Chocolate Brownie

Extra orders of Deluxe Chocolate Brownies are available for $2.50
