Blue Jays Beat Red Sox 6-2 Snapping Boston’s 5-game Winning Streak [VIDEO]

The Toronto Blue Jays beat the Red Sox 6-2 on Monday night, snapping Boston's 5-game winning streak on Monday night.

Richard Fitts took the loss for Boston, and is 0-2. He pitched 6.0 innings allowing 6 hits and 3 runs, walking and striking out 4.

Greg Weissert came on for the 7th inning and allowed 4 hits and 2 runs, striking out 1. Robert Stock made his debut for the Red Sox, pitching the 8th and 9th innings allowed 3 hits and 1 runs, walking 1. Stock was called up from Worcester when the Red Sox optioned Cooper Criswell  to Worcester earlier Monday.

Ceddanne Rafaela made what may be the best catch of the entire year in the 1st inning, racing from center to right-centerfield

Jarren Duran hit a pair of doubles for the Red Sox, going 2-3.

Connor Wong left the game with a broken finger on his left hand after being hit by a bat and getting called for catcher's interference. He will be placed on the Injured List and the Red Sox are expected to call up Blake Sabol from Worcester on Tuesday.

Tristan Casas was 1-3 with a double driving in a run.

Alex Bregman was 1-4 with a double.

Rafael Devers was 0-3 but drove in a run with a sacrifice fly.
