What To Expect At The 2025 Blue Hill Fair In Maine

The Blue Hill Fair is the unofficial end of summer in Downeast Maine. The 2025 Blue Hill Fair will run Thursday August 28th through Monday, September 1st, Labor Day.

This year, Dollar Day is on Thursday, August 28th with $1.00 admission and all mechanical rides just $1.00. There are special wrist band days, where on Friday August 29th you can purchase a wrist band from 3 p.m. to close and ride all the mechanical rides you want for $25.00 and also on Monday, September 1st you can ride all the mechanical rides you want for $30.00 from Noon to close. Senior Citizen Day is Friday, August 29th. Seniors 62 and up pay just $5.00.

The Fair hours are:

Thursday August 28th 4 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday August 29th 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Carnival Rides and Games begin at 1 p.m. ). Admission is $10.00 for adults and free for children 12 and under.
Saturday August 30th 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Carnival Rides and Games begin at 10 a.m. ) Admission is $10.00 for adults.
Sunday August 31st 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Carnival Rides and Games begin at 10 a.m. ) Admission is $10.00 for adults.
Monday September 1st 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ((Carnival Rides and Games begin at 12 Noon ) Admission is $10.00 for adults and free for children 12 and under.

On Saturday, August 30th, "Little Texas" one of the 90's Biggest Country Bands will perform at 6:30 p.m.

On Sunday August 31st, "Fandango" a Tribute to Z.Z. Top will perform at 6:30 p.m.

There is the State of Maine Championship Demolition Derby on Monday, September 1st at 4 p.m.

Timber Tina and the Great Maine Lumberjack Show, celebrating their 30th year will be performing throughout the Fair. They perform

Thursday August 28th at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Friday August 29th at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Saturday August 30th at 2 p.m. 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Sunday August 31st at 2 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Monday September 1st at 1:30 p.m. and 6:15 p.m.

Cushing Amusements will provide all the carnival games and rides.

The ever-popular Charlotte's Web Exhibit returns, and if you love Dog Shows, Pompeyo's Family Dog Show will perform daily. They appeared on America's Got Talent in 2017.
