Bar Harbor Food Pantry’s February Wish List
You've heard it before, but I honestly believe that there's no more generous people than Mainers. Mainers consistently step up to help their fellow Mainers. I am constantly amazed at the generosity and outpouring of support for people and causes in the 40 years that I have lived in Maine. You prove over and over what I have said "Mainers take care of Mainers and those that they love".
The Bar Harbor Food Pantry is specifically looking for the following in February
- After school snacks! They explained that they're specifically looking for Crackers, cheese and crackers, peanut butter crackers, pretzels, trail mix, and even cereal! Everything should be individually wrapped . They told me whatever folks like for themselves and their families as a quick pick-me-up sort of snack to hold them over until dinner time, we'd love to be able to offer in our pantry.
- Of Course any other donations are welcome as well!
Donations may be dropped off at the Bar Harbor Food Pantry, or left in the bin at the MDI YWCA. at 36 Mount Desert Street in Bar Harbor.
