Restoration Details:Bangor Hydro customers are beginning to experience power outages related to the strong winds this morning. Coastal areas are expected to be the hardest hit today. Bangor Hydro began gearing up for the storm several days ago, with additional crews and Customer Service Center staff placed on standy-by. Snow isn't expected to contribute to power outages today, but the strong winds are expected to cause the most damage.

Customers are reminded to avoid coming in contact with power lines and trees touching them. Generators and alternate heat sources should be used in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines.

Other Related Information:Customers may report outages by calling 1-800-440-1111, at bangorhydro.com or on our mobile site at bhe.com/m. Customers should have account numbers ready. A live outage map is available at both sites with the most up-to-date outage information and estimated times of restoration.
Estimated Time of Service Restoration:Crews will work to restore power to csustomers as quickly as possible, but continued winds will cause additional power outages and delay restoration time.
