A sign that the Apocalypse is near

A sure sign that the apolcalypse is near is the fact that TLC's show "Honey Boo Boo" that premiered on Wednesday night had an estimated 2.2 million viewers, making it an instant hit. Those numbers put the the premiere of "Honey Boo Boo" in the neighborhood of Comedy Central's South Park and AMC's Breaking Bad.

I can proudly say I didn't watch it on Wednesday, but did catch a repeat of the show early Thursday morning, and my eyes are still scarred. If you were lucky enough not to have seen it, the show chronicles the wild adventures of Toddlers & Tiaras star Alana Thompson and her rural Georgia family.
