7th Annual Mount Desert Island Historical Society Bean Supper

The Mount Desert Island Historical Society invites you to it's 7th Annual Bean Supper on Monday, January 22nd from 6 to 8 p.m. at MDI High School.

Enjoy all the trappings of a traditional bean supper accompanied by sausages, brown bread , cole slaw, pickles, rolls and cookies. After supper the panel will explore the past through favorite local recipes. Panelists include Amanda Kendall (Sassafras Catering), C.J. Walke (Peggy Rockefeller Farm), and Emily Damon (Mount Desert Elementary School and Isleford Dock).

Tickets, only available at the door are $10 for adults and $5 for children.
