January 1st's weather forecast looks perfect for a Polar Plunge! Are you up for it? The Tremont Volunteer Fire Department is hosting their 6th Annual Polar Plunge beginning at 9AM
Tuesday, January 1st's forecast calls for cloudy skies with rain in the morning, then becoming partly sunny in the afternoon. It will be windy, with winds coming out of the South, 15 to 25 miles per hour, with gusts up to 45 miles per hour. Highs will be in the lower 40's.
The Tremont Volunteer Fire Department will have Hot Chocolate and a bonfire going (weather permitting). They advise that there is limited beach side parking. Plug the following address into your GPS to get you there 98 Lopaus Road, Bernard, Maine
You'll want to bring some shoes to wear in the water, as the tide will be going out.
