1200 Emera Maine Customers Without Power Wednesday Morning December 6

The wind howled and gusted overnight, with winds near 50 miles per hour along the  Downeast coast, and as a result as of 7:25 AM there were 1208 Emera Maine customers without power on Wednesday, December 6th.

Remember to never touch a downed power line or a tree in contact with a downed line.
Motorists are urged to slow down or move over and change lanes, when possible, if approaching utility crews working on roadways.
