Daylight Savings Time ends at 2 AM Sunday morning. It's time to get an extra hour of sleep, and let's face it, after last week's Red Sox late night victories, we all need it! It will be lighter earlier in the morning, and darker earlier at night.

While you're getting ready to set the clocks back, be sure to take a moment and change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Unfortunately the reason that many people lose their lives in fires is that their smoke detectors were not working!

And if you're curious, we move the clocks ahead, and lose one hour of sleep on March 9, 2014
