Sumner Shocks Piscataquis 7-1

The Sumner Boys Soccer team entered the Class C Boy's Prelim game the decided underdogs at Guiford but came away the victors, shocking PCHS 7-1 on Friday, October 21st.

Damon Warren and Malik Parker each had 2 goals while Brandon Grinnan, Thirapong Janla and Andre Moshier all tallied goals for the Tigers.

Issiac Christiansen had five saves on nine shots for Sumner.

Sumner , 7-8, will now take on the number 3 seed, Washington Academy in East Machias on Tuesday October 25th in the quarterfinals.
