Will Koji Be Ready?

The Boston Red Sox start their regular season on Monday, April 6th, which is just 11 days from today. It looks more and more probable that Koji Uehara, their projected closer won't be ready for Opening Day, and will likely start the season on the disabled list!

National Spinach Day [VIDEO]

Today, March 26th is National Spinach Day! When I was growing up, I didn't like spinach, I'm not sure how many young children do. But, we were always encouraged to eat our spinach so we would be "strong to the finish" like Popeye the Sailor Man!  Popeye was a great cartoon, and Bluto would torment Popeye, until he'd eat his canned spinach, and then would have the strength of 100, or at least 10, and would end up beating up Bluto and saving the day!

Police are investigating a robbery at a Circle K store Tuesday night. The robber didn't show a weapon but indicated to the clerk that he had one.
