MDI Football Coach Mark Shields joined WDEA's Chris Popper for the weekly MDI Football Coach's Show on Thursday, September 28th.

Coach Shields reflected back on the victory over Waterville, the first time the Trojans have beaten Waterville since switching to 8-man football.

Coach Shields also told us who the Coaching Staff awarded a game ball to, after their victory.

Unfortunately, the MDI-Lake Region game will not be on the radio or internet, because of a prior commitment on Chris Popper's behalf. Lake Region does not video stream their football games.

The game next Friday, October 6th is Homecoming and Senior Recognition Night. That game will be on WDEA AM 1370, on WDEA Internet Radio, on our free downloadable APP and on any Alexa enabled device with the pregame starting at 5:40 p.m. and kickoff at 6 p.m.
