Ellsworth Aspen Dental Ribbon Cutting – February 28th
Members of the Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce gathered at the Aspen Dental Office, located at 206 High Street, Suite D for a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, February 28th.
The practice, purchased by Dr. Adel Ghanem, in September has undergone extensive renovations and is open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday and is open 1 Saturday per month.
Dr. Ghanem, a native Egyptian had dental degrees from Cairo and Tufts School of Dentistry in Boston.
They currently have 2 dental hygienists on staff and are in the process of hiring a 3rd. They have an oral surgeon that comes in once per month, offering sedation dentistry.
Their office in equipped with the latest in technology including SprintRay 3D Printers, several 3D Trios scanners, 3D X-ray CBCT machines as well as portable X-ray machines among other things.
They have an in-house lab with a tech that has more years of experience making dentures than Dr. Ghanem is old!
The practice is locally owned and operated with the support and resources of Aspen Dental, a nationwide company that has over 1000 offices.
