The Ellsworth High School Honor's Parts have been announced for the Class of 2015. Ellsworth High School will hold their graduation on Friday, June 12th at 7 PM.

    Anna Kreitzer

    Anna Kreitzer, daughter of Andrew and Elizabeth Kreitzer of Ellsworth, is the Valedictorian for the Class of 2015.  In addition to her academic achievements, Anna has participated in both show choir and fall musical performances during all four of her high school years.  She is also a member of the French Club, National Honor Society, International Thespian Society, and the Tri-M Honor Society.  As Valedictorian of her class, she will be graduating with an Honors Diploma and will be attending Bates College in the fall where she will study Biology.  Some of Anna's most memorable experiences in high school include playing Maria in "The Sound of Music" and traveling to Florida with the show choir to compete in Disney.

    Alex Bryce Toothaker

    Alec Bryce Toothaker, son of Alan Toothaker and Michele Dorr of Ellsworth, is the Salutatorian for the Class of 2015.  Alec is an Eagle Scout from Ellsworth's own Boy Scout Troop #86.  He is a member of the Indoor Track Throwers and a Varsity Captain on the tennis team.  He received the Rensselaer Medalist Award his junior year and the Maine Principals Association Principal's Award this year.  In school, Alec acts as the President of the National Honor Society, Vice-President of the Spanish Club, and also rocks the drums for Pep Band.  Alec plans on attending the Honors College at the University of Maine Orono and studying Animal & Veterinary Science.

    Lorelei Wright

    Lorelei Wright, daughter of Joseph and Sheri Wright of Ellsworth, is the  First Honor Essayist for the Class of 2015.  Alongside her academics, she has participated in Show Choir and the One Act Play during her tenure in high school, citing those activities as some of the most influential on her as a person.  She will be attending Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute in the fall to study Computer Science, though she hopes to continue to study language and linguistics in college which is also a passion of hers.
