Eagles Beat the Golden Bucks 3-0 in Volleyball Scrimmage

The Ellsworth Eagle's Volleyball Team traveled to Bucksport to take on the Bucksport Golden Bucks in a Volleyball scrimmage on Wednesday, August 23rd.  Ellsworth won in straight sets 3-0, by a score of 25-11, 25-10 and 25-13.

According to Ellsworth Coach John Dyer here were the standout players for the Eagles

• Olivia Harmon - 18 service points with 10 aces, 4 kills and 4 assists.
• Charly Weaver - 9 service points with 8 aces and 5 assists.

The Ellsworth JV Team won 3-0 over the Golden Bucks.

Thanks to Coach John Dyer for the information. The Eagles will travel to Newport to play the Nokomis Warriors on Thursday, August 24th at 11:30 a.m.
