Dover Police Shake It Off [VIDEO]

It seems more and more police departments throughout the nation are using social media to reach citizens, and I think it's a great thing! Dover Delaware's Police Department has just started a series called "Dashboard Confessionals" using dashboard cameras, and their first video is a winner!  A long time sergeant on patrol is driving and jamming to Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off" and it's definitely his groove!
