Acadians Bats Remain Silent Lose 1-0

The Trenton Acadians' bats remained quiet, as they lost their third in a row, being shut out for the second game in a row. The Acadians lost to Penquis in Dover-Foxcroft, Sunday June 23, 1-0. The game was scoreless until the bottom of the 8th when the Navigators pushed across a run on a RBI single by .Dylan Graffam.

Steven Hanscom took the hard luck loss for the Acadians, pitching 8 innings, and allowing 8 hits while striking out 6.

Cody Caruso recorded the win for Penquis. He tossed nine innings of shutout ball. Caruso struck out six, walked one and gave up five hits.

The Acadians were led by Seteven Mahon with 2 hits, while Will Ricker, Connor Morey and Jake Maguire all had 1 hit apiece. Caleb Smith and Dylan Graffam each had 2 hits for Penquis.
