Thomas Softball Wins Opening Playoff 16-2

The Thomas College Terrier's Softball Team won their opening game of the North Atlantic Conference Championship in Vermont on Friday afternoon defeating the #3 seed New England College 16-2. Thomas, the #2 seed, now plays the #1 seed Castleton, who defeated #4 seed Husson 2-1. The Thomas-Castleton game will be played at 4 PM.

Former MDI Trojan Molly Carroll started at 3rd Base for Thomas, and was 1-2 with a single, and a sacrifice. She scored a run. She was flawless in the field.

Former MDI Trojan Haley Littlefield did not play in this game.
