Thomas’ Softball Season Comes to an End

The Thomas Terriers beat Husson on Saturday, May 8th to come out of the loser's bracket and then lost to Castleton 3-1. Thomas would have had to beat Castleton twice in the double elimination tournament. Castleton is the NAC Champion while Thomas is the North Atlantic Conference runner-up ending the season with a 18-19 record

That marks the end of the career for former Ellsworth Eagle Phyllicia Jordan who is graduating with a a degree in criminal justice. She appeared in 78 games for Thomas batting .227 with 27 runs batted in.

Molly Carroll, the former MDI Trojan finished her 1st year. Carroll appeared in 29 games her freshman year, batting .224 with 9 runs batted in and 2 stolen bases.  She had a .923 fielding average only committing 5 errors all season.

Haley Littlefield, the former MDI Trojan also finished her 1st year.  She appeared in 16 games throwing 25.2 innings. She had a 1.91 ERA. She had a fielding percentage of .900 and batted .250 going 1-4 in her freshman year.
