Every year, Jimmy Kimmel invites the Scripps Spelling Bee champion on to his show for a star-studded face-off (by "star-studded," we mean that some Kimmel regulars run the sketch, this year featured Cousin Sal and Guillermo) to see if the late-night host can take down the newly crowned kids. This year provided a bit of a bigger challenge than normal, considering that the Scripps was won by two winners.

If there was one thing last week's box office winner, Disney's revisionist tale 'Maleficent,' was missing, it was rap stars. There's not a single rapper in the entire film, it's all just Elle Fanning and Angelina Jolie and wood nymphs and spinning needles and such. No Ice Cube. No Ice-T. No Eminem. And this injustice will not stand -- because 50 Cent is out to correct it with his new feature film, 'Malefiftycent.'

When Kendall Jenner took the stage at this weekend's Billboard Music Awards, things seemed promising. The younger sister of the Kardashian siblings was tasked with introducing the band 5 Seconds of Summer (admittedly, kind of a hard name to say). While she was able to get a lot of facts down about the band (they are a band! they are on the Billboard charts!), she totally fell down on actually saying their name, which is kind of an essential part of introducing someone. Oops!

Turns out, Sally Field and Julia Roberts were probably the best people for late night host Jimmy Kimmel to use for his first round of 'Celebrity Curse-Off,' because these lovely ladies, these top-tier Hollywood stars, these role models know how to curse in ways that would make sailors blush.

You know what? Jimmy Kimmel has some weird ideas for fun celebrity games and manipulating social media. Okay, Jimmy Fallon? You don't have the corner on this market! In a wickedly clever combination of embarrassing celeb game and social media wackiness, Kimmel rolled out his "Tweeter Totter" on last night's show, alongside his guest, 'Modern Family' star Julie Bowen.

Jimmy Kimmel brought on three sign language interpreters, and not ordinary ones at that. These three had signed at rap concerts for the Beastie Boys, Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Wu-Tang Clan and more. Their battle... to sign the song "Black and Yellow" sung by Wiz Khalifa...

"Because the best pants are no pants at all!" Last night on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live,’ host Jimmy Kimmel unveiled Lululemon's new (fake) product – spray on yoga pants. You can wear them everywhere! At all times! Seriously! (Maybe not?)

Late-night show hosts -- they're just like us! Sometimes they too find a giant tarantula, totally dead, in the middle of their swanky pools! Sometimes they even decide to fish them out on their own! Sometimes things go badly!

What did you do this weekend? Saw friends, enjoyed spring, took a walk, had a picnic, slept in? Cool. Jimmy Kimmel zipped down to Arizona to take pictures with the Clinton clan -- the entire Clinton clan -- so we're going to have to go ahead and crown the late-night host the king of the weekend. Jimmy Kimmel's marathon interview with Toronto mayor Rob Ford on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' from earlier this week has already stirred up plenty of chatter, and Kimmel seems to be trying to smooth things over a bit. Or, at the very least, to keep us from going to war with Canada.
