
Puerto Rican Man Arrested In Hancock For Allegedly Trafficking Heroin
A Puerto Rican Man was charged with aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs after he was pulled over by police in Hancock Wednesday for driving erratically, state police said.
Hector Otero-Sanchez, 20, was also charged with operating under the influence of drugs, according to a report from WABI.
Troopers said heroin was discovered during a search of the vehicle that Otero-Sanchez had been operating.
Two other men from Puerto Rico, Joseph Rivera, 19, and Ricardo Roman, 20, were also arrested and charged with aggravated trafficking in schedule W drugs.
State police were assisted by members of the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency and the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office.
