The man who's been the subject of a two-day search in the Benton area has been found alive according to authorities.

Warden Corporal John MacDonald says one of the search teams using K-9 support found 86 year old Arthur Wakeman alive.

Corporal MacDonald says Wakeman was found off the Unity Road in Benton this morning after leaving his home some time Wednesday.

No information has yet been released on Mr. Wakeman's condition or the circumstances of his discovery.

The Warden Service is holding a press conference at 11 this morning at the command post that was set up at the Albion Fire Department during the search.
