MDI Volleyball Sweeps Machias

The MDI Volleyball Team rebounded from their loss last week to Ellsworth, beating the Machias Bulldogs in Machias on Wednesday, September 27th 3-0. The Trojans won the individual sets by the scores of 25-12, 25-22 and 25-12.

MDI was led by Mackenzie Hanna with 9 Aces, 8 Kills and 14 Assists. Julia Watras had 6 Kills and 12 Assists.

MDI now 5-2 plays host to Cony on Saturday September 30th at 1:30 PM.

Machias is 1-6 and plays host to Narraguagus on Friday, September 29th at 4 PM.
