Marathon Bomber Subject to Death Penalty [POLL]

Federal prosecutors announced on Thursday, January 30th that they will seek the death penalty against accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev when he is put on trial. Dzhokar Tsarnaev is charged with 30 federal counts stemming from the attack on April 15, 2013.
