Ice Fishing Derby To Benefit Camp CaPella Is This Sunday

Hey ice fishermen!  The Patriots aren't playing until next Sunday, so this Sunday is a great time to drop a line for a good cause!

It's a Benefit Ice Fishing Derby for Camp CaPella, this Sunday between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.  The Derby is being sponsored by Darlings.

The Ice Fishing Derby is open for any lake within Hancock County!  Get your tickets now for this Sunday's event at all Darling’s locations, the day of at Camp CaPella, or by calling 207-992-1727. Tickets are $10 per person and $20 for a family with children under 18. All ticket sales will go to Camp CaPella, the summer camp for adults and kids with physical and developmental disabilities.

The Derby will be offering up some great prizes!

• Biggest bass - Utility ice shed
• Salmon - Ice auger
• Brook trout - Jack traps
• Pickerel - 2 person ice shack
• Heaviest Togue - Weekend lakeside cabin rental on Wyman Lake for up to 10 people.

The "weigh-in" begins at 2, Sunday, at Camp CaPella at the end of Pearl Point Road on the shore of Phillips Lake in Dedham.  Park at the Lucerne Inn or the Dedham school and take the free shuttle bus provided by Darling's to the camp!
