Every little girl dreams of the day she'll be a bride. For one girl, that dream came true in a most unexpected way.

Abby is a four-year-old girl with pre-B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Last week, she got to "marry" Matt, her favorite nurse at the Melodies Center in Albany, NY, where she is being treated.

The ceremony looked like the real deal, too, with nurses serving as bridesmaids, rose petals lining the floor and a bouquet for the bride. The "newlyweds" even fed each other cake and wore ring pops as a symbol of their union.

Abby -- Amazing Abby, as she's known -- loved the event. Her mother said she called it "the best day ever!"

Things seem to be looking up for Abby, too. She's reportedly in remission. Here's hoping to continued health and happiness for this blushing bride.
