Flamingo Festival This Weekend In Southwest Harbor

One of my favorite festivals is this weekend. It's the Flamingo Festival in Southwest Harbor! I think this is the 8th year in a row that I will be broadcasting from the festival, and on Saturday, July 18 I'll be at the Harbor House from 8 a.m. to noon! This year's theme is celebrating 50 Years of the Harbor House.

The weekend starts at 6 p.m. Friday with the American Legion lobster bake under the tent.

Saturday features the Flamingo Parade starting at 9:30 a.m., a Kid's Carnival and the Coast Guard open house.

Sunday starts with the Flamingo 4-miler (Tremont Trot) and features a craft fair and the Friends of Harbor House Golf Scramble.
