Ellsworth Girl’s Soccer Senior Night

Throwback Thursday, it's a popular thing on Facebook. You post a "old" photo, and everyone laughs at how things were back in the day. We are going to try it, and honor the Ellsworth Girl's Soccer Team, as tonight is Senior Night.

Bridget Jordan posted this photo of members of the Ellsworth Girl's Soccer Team when they were ninth graders, four years ago.

Left to right are Hannah Buzzell, Morgan Card, Bridget Jordan, Sydni Palmer, Lizzy Alverez, and Brianna Reardon.

Flash forward to 2013, and these girls are now young ladies, and are playing their final regular season game at home against John Bapst under the lights at 6 PM. Being honored tonight for Senior Night are Morgan Card, Katey Curtis, Kaiti Kinney, Brianna Reardon, Hannah Buzzell,  and Olivia Mora.

The Ellsworth Girl's Soccer Team enters tonight's contest with a 6-4-1 record, and have two games remaining after tonight. Saturday October 19th they play at Old Town at 6 PM and then Monday October 21 they finish out the regular season at MDI at 6 PM. The Ellsworth-MDI game will be aired on WDEA AM 1370 and WDEA Internet Radio.
