The Ellsworth Eagles Boy's Soccer Team spent their Columbus Day Holiday traveling to and from Presque Isle, and ended up being shutout by the Wildcats 1-0 in a game that lacked much offense from either team.

Both teams battled to a 0-0 draw at the end of the 1st Half.

The lone goal was scored by Presque Isle by Josiah Mars with 3:38 remaining.

Ellsworth didn't have any shots on goal, and Presque Isle managed only 5 shots in the entire game.

The Eagles are now 8-3-1 with 2 games remaining. They travel to Bar Harbor to play the MDI Trojans on Friday, October 14th at 6 PM and then play their final regular season game at home on Monday, October 17th at 6 PM, against the John Bapst Crusaders, on Senior Recognition Night.

Presque Isle is now 7-5 and has 2 games remaining. They play at Caribou on Thursday October 13th at 6 PM and then at Foxcroft Academy on Saturday, October 15th at 3 PM.
