Bar Harbor Chamber Announces 2015 Award Winners

The Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce is holding it's Annual Dinner on Tuesday, October 27th at the Bar Harbor Club on West Street in Bar Harbor. At that time, they will celebrate the accomplishments and achievements of their members and present their annual awards.

The Cadillac Award will be announced at the dinner. The Cadillac Award is given to a person that epitomizes the virtues of leadership, service, sacrifice and the quest for personal excellence. This individual, through work within an industry, an organization or the community as a whole, has demonstrated a rock-solid commitment and dedication to the highest standards of business practice, ethical conduct and selfless public service

The Business Sustaining Member will be awarded to Downeast Transportation.

The Rising Star Award will be presented to 93.7 The Wave

The Environmental Leader Award witll be presented to The Abbe Museum

The Business of the Year will be present to Galyn's Galley

The President's Award for Sustained and Exceptional Service to the Community will be presented to Chris Popper
