Update: All Lewiston Fires Today Result of Arson
It's a scene Lewiston fire fighters are all too familiar with in that city. A total of four fires have kept them busy through the overnight hours into this morning, and investigators say all were arson.

Few details are yet available from the scene but fire fighters from several Penobscot County communities have been called out to the scene of a structure fire in Chester.
The fire was reported to Penobscot County Regional Dispatch shortly after 10 this morning.
Admitted Drug Addiction Costs Corinth Man
Earl Gary III of Corinth told the courts he robbed the bank because he needed money to feed his drug addiction.
After he entered guilty pleas yesterday in court, Gary was sentenced to serve six months of a five-year prison sentence and he'll face a few years of probation after that.

State Police on Monday said a Carmel man caused the fatal, head-on crash that claimed the lives of two men Sunday night on Interstate 95 in Hampden.

The southbound lane of Interstate 95 is shutdown near the Coldbrook Road exit in Hampden, and will be for the foreseeable future, as State Police investigate a fatal crash.
The crash was reported around 7 this evening and several units have responded to the scene.

The suicide was discovered yesterday afternoon after fire fighters from several departments were called to the scene of a fire.

Maine is home to a large population of military veteran’s and the state is starting training sessions soon for veterans to learn how to convert their military skills into occupational licenses.
