Jeff was born in Maine and has lived here all his life. He began his radio career in Bangor, Maine, in 1991 and bounced around to a handful of stations before landing in Portland to be a part of the launch of Q97.9 in 1996 where he spent 26 years, the majority of it partnered on the morning show with Lori Voornas, until the two moved to 94.9 HOM in 2023. Jeff enjoys writing about nostalgia and history in Maine.
