Just like magic, the rain stopped just moments before the scheduled 11 a.m. step-off. The rain certainly kept the crowds down and scared some participants away, but the 2021 Bar Harbor 4th of July Parade went off, with everyone dry and the town looking its best! There was no parade in 2020 because of COVID.
