Wind Chill Advisory Through Sunday

There's a wind chill advisory in effect through Sunday, but it's likely to be extended as wind chill values are expected to be bitterly cold through New Year's Eve for Greater Bangor and Downeast Maine.

In the Bar Harbor and Ellsworth area temperatures tonight, Saturday, December 30th are expected to be -5 to 3 above with wind chill readings as low as 21 below.

Sunday, air temperatures are expected to warm to 7 above 0 but wind chill readings will be as low as 23 below.

New Year's Eve temperatures will be 10 below to 2 below 0 with wind chill readings as low as 28 below
