Wind Advisories and Power Outages – April 3rd

The National Weather Service in Caribou has issued High Wind Advisories for a good part of Maine including Penobscot, Hancock and Washington Counties which are in effect until 11 PM on Sunday April 3rd. It is really blowing out, and as a result, Emera Maine is dealing with power outages throughout it's territory.

As of 4:35 PM on Sunday afternoon, Emera Maine is reporting just under 3000 customers without powwer. To see the current live outage map click HERE
