Who Wins Ellsworth or MDI [POLL]

The MDI Girl's Basketball team and Ellsworth Eagles meet at Katsiaficas Gymnasium on Wednesday, February 3rd in the final game of the regular season with a ton on the line, especially for the Ellsworth Eagles. The MDI Trojans Boy's Basketball Team hosts Ellsworth on Thursday, February 4th and an automatic bye is on the line as currently the difference between 3rd-5th place is less than 1 point

The last time the Ellsworth Eagles beat the MDI Trojans was in 2005! If the Eagles win, they'll secure the 4th and final bye and will instantly punch their ticket to the Cross Insurance Center, and Tourney 2016. If they lose, they'll likely finish in 5th or 6th place, and will host a prelim game on Tuesday, February 9th with the winner advancing to the Cross Insurance Center. With Houlton's 53-52 victory over Presque Isle Tuesday night in Presque Isle, I don't believe that MDI can finish 1 in the Heal Points.

So we want to know

The MDI Boy's are 14-3, the Ellsworth Boy's are 13-4. Right now Ellsworth is in 3rd place and MDI is in 4th place. Both teams right now have byes to Bangor, but with Old Town playing Orono and Washington Academy playing Narraguagus, each team holds it's own destiny in their own hands. It's simple, win and you have a bye!

Both the Ellsworth-MDI Girl's and Boy's games will be on AM 1370 WDEA and WDEA Internet Radio with the pregames starting at 6:30 and tip off at 7 PM.
