Allen Webster had his best outing in his young Red Sox career in Friday night's 4-2 over the LA Angels. He pitched 6 2/3 innings allowing just two runs. Webster gave up four hits and two walks. It was his longest outing as a Sox starter.

On the offense side, Brock Holt and Dustin Pedroia had two hits, Yeonis Cespedes drove in two runs and MIke Napoli hit a solo home run.

The best play of the night was turned by - who else - Jackie Bradley Jr. in centerfield. You have got to see this catch in the ninth inning to preserve the save for Koji...

These two teams are back at it tonight, with the pregame starting at 8:20 and first pitch at 9:05 PM on AM 1370 WDEA.
