Former MDI Trojan Ben Walls pitched a complete game on Saturday for the Husson University Eagles, and improved to 4-1 on the season, as Husson beat Lyndon State 6-2. Husson completed the doubleheader sweep winning the 2nd game 16-1.

Walls through 7 innings in game 1, allowing 2 earned runs, 6 hits and walking 1 while striking out 3. Walls' ERA for the season now stands at 2.84 for the season. He has thrown 25.1 innings and struck out 15.

Former Ellsworth Eagle Conor Maguire was 1-4 with a stolen base on the day.

Husson is now 11-9 on the season and 6-2 in the North Atlantic Conference. They play at USM on Tuesday, April 12th at 3:30 PM.
