Sarah Hoildahl is a watress/bartender at a Ruby Tuesday in Concord, New Hampshire when she waited on two National Guard members sat in her section for lunch. The two guard members were ordering lunch, but concerned about the dollar amount as they were furloughed because of the federal government shutdown. Holidahl, a 21 year old single mother bought their lunch, and left her shift with only $8.00 in tips.
