Vote Camilla Thomassen-Tai Athlete of Week

Our sister station 92.9 The Ticket accepts nominations for the McDonald's High School Athlete of the Week Friday through Monday. This week, I nominated Camilla Thomassen-Tai for the High School Athlete of the Week, and she is one of 3 finalists.

Camilla had a fantastic week for the MDI Girl's Volleyball team, as they swept Cheverus and Scarborough in Bar Harbor on Saturday.In the first match against Cheverus, she had 6 aces, 6 digs, 17 service receptions and against the unbeaten Scarborough Red Storm, she had 7 aces, 18 rotation points, 13 digs as MDI swept Scarborough 3-0. After 4 games, she leads Class A in aces (22/69) and digs (45).
