Village Holidays in Bar Harbor [VIDEO/PHOTOS]

Santa came to Bar Harbor on Friday, December 2nd as part of the Village Holidays and Midnight Madness Sale and it was a great time! There was caroling, children dancing and crying out with glee when Santa arrived on the fire truck and free hot cocoa.

The streets of Bar Harbor were packed from 8 PM on as shoppers scooped up bargains, bought half price passes to Acadia National Park and entered a drawing to win round trip tickets from Bar Harbor to Boston via Cape Air.

I was nice and toasty in the Visitor's Center at the corner of Main and Cottage Street playing Christmas music on WDEA from 7:30 to 10 PM and having a great time!
