VE Day 70 Years Later [VIDEO]

Most of us were not alive when this happened, but we should pay attention and recognize the day. Today, May 8, 1945, 70 years ago, the war in Europe officially ended, as the Allies celebrated their victory over Germany and Italy in World War II. There wasn't much time to celebrate, as the Allies were still fighting Japan in the Pacific, but for the many war weary Europeans it was a day to relish.

We are losing World War II veterans at an alarming rate, if you're lucky enough to know and see a World War II veteran, and really any veteran, be sure to thank them for their service!
