State Police have arrested two men, and are still seeking one man, in connection with a string of burglaries at multiple businesses.

Public Safety Spokesman Steve McCausland says two Biddeford men have been arrested for multiple burglaries into businesses in several Maine communities. A third man is still being sought. The investigation covers over 25 burglaries spread throughout Central, Mid-coast, and Southern Maine. Most of the crimes were similar in nature.

Arrested are 37-year-old Michael Warner and 34-year-old Taylor Shultz, who have been charged with possession of stolen property. More charges are expected. A third suspect, who is wanted on the same charges, has not been located. Police have not released that individual's name.

Many search warrants were conducted Friday and, as a result, stolen property and drugs were recovered, with over 80 pieces of evidence seized. The total value of the items stolen and the damages to the businesses exceeds $200,000. The two men are expected to make their first court appearance early this week.
