Trio Honored

Congratulations to MDI's Kelsey Shaw and Sierra Tapley and Ellsworth's Madison Card who were selected to the BDN All Maine Schoolgirl Team for the 2015-16 season.

Kelsey Shaw who will be attending Division 2 Stonehill College in Massachusetts next year was selected to the 2nd Team. Shaw, who finished her basketball career with over a 1000 points,ended up the season with 17 points per game, 11 rebounds per game and  3 assists per game.

Sierra Tapley, who will be attending Division 1 University of Maine next year was selected to the Honorable Mention Team. Tapley's season was cut short, after suffering a knee injury against Ellsworth in January.

Madison Card from Ellsworth High School, was selected to the Honorable Mention Team. She will be attending Division 3 Maine Maritime Academy next year
