Trenton VFD Breakfast October 29
This Saturday October 29th is the 5th and final Blueberry Pancake Breakfast of the year, at the Trenton Fire Department. I ate there in July and September, and let me tell you, it is impossible to leave hungry! Normally the Blueberry Pancake Breakfasts go from 6 AM to 10 AM but this Saturday is the 1st day of Hunting Season so there’s a huge Hunter’s Breakfast and it is being served from 4 AM to 10 AM! The cost is only $7.00 per person with children under 5 eating for free!
You can even bring your own chocolate chips, and they'll make chocolate chip pancakes for you or your children!

The Trenton Volunteer Fire Department has been serving these Pancake/French Toast Breakfasts for nearly 20 years. With the proceeds from these breakfasts and WITHOUT tax dollars they have purchase a 1997 Rescue Truck, 5 years ago. They have also purchased a thermal imaging camera, Jaws of Life and other specialized equipment.
Like many other volunteer fire departments they are always looking for new members. The breakfast may be a great opportunity for you to talk with Chief Steve Corson or other members of the Trenton Volunteer Fire Department if you are interested in serving your community!
While you're there, be sure to pick up a Trenton Volunteer Fire Department Pink T-shirt. $5.00 from every T-shirt sold will be donated to the Beth C. Wright Cancer Center in Ellsworth.
