Top Free Throw Shooter Is From Hancock

Congratulations to Kaylee Bagley, the State of Maine Foul Shooting Champion in the Elks Competition for 8-9 year olds. Bagley, 8 years old from Hancock sank 18-25 free throws to win the age bracket in a free throw shooting competition held in Bath this weekend.

Bagley will now represent Maine in the New England Regionals on March 25th in Portland. The winner of that competition will advance to the National Finals held in Chicago on April 22nd.

Kaylee advanced to the State Championship by winning her local contest in Ellsworth and winning the District Championship in Bangor in the last month.
