WDEA AM 1370 will once again, with our sister stations Z107.3, Q106.5 and I-95 be collecting pasta on Saturday, February 8th as part of our 11th Annual Ton of Pasta Food Drive!

WDEA AM 1370 will be at the Ellsworth Hannaford on Saturday February 8th from 10-2 collecting pasta for the Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry and Emmaus Center in Ellsworth. We would love if you could come by and drop off boxes of pasta or cash donations that we will use to purchase pasta. Many of our neighbors are struggling during these winter months. Families are faced with a tough choice: heat for the home, or food for the table. Together we can help them out! Pasta is a great food source. Not only is it nutritional and affordable, but a box of pasta can easily feed a family of four.

This pasta drive comes at a critical time. There are no other major food drives until May with the Letter Carriers, and food supplies at food cupboards are low. Tell your family members about it, get your kids involved, tell your co-workers, please share this post!

WDEA AM 1370 will also be collecting pasta in conjunction with the Ellsworth Girl's Basketball Team when they host the MDI Trojans during the last night of the season on Thursday, February 7th at Katsiaficas Gymnasium. You can drop off boxes of pasta when you come to the game!

Z107.3 FM will be at the Hannaford in the Brewer Shopping Plaza, Q106.5 FM will be at the Hannaford in Old Town and I-95 will be at the Hannaford at the Airport Mall in Bangor!

Thanks!
