Thomas Softball Splits Games Tuesday

The Thomas Terrier's Softball Team won their 1st game Tuesday, March 22nd against Worcester State 8-2, before dropping their 2nd game of the day to D'Youville 11-6. Thomas is now 1-3 on the young season.

In the 1st game, former MDI Trojan Molly Carroll started at third base and was 1-2 scoring a run. She played errorless ball in the field.

In the 2nd game, Carroll was 0-2 starting at third base and played another game of errorless ball. Haley Littlefield came on in relief in the 6th inning with Thomas trailing 9-6 and faced two batters but was unable to record an out, giving up 2 runs on 2 hits. She didn't strike out or walk anyone.

Thomas will play another doubleheader on Wednesday, March 23rd, when they will take on Fredonia at 1 PM and Rochester Institute at 3 PM.
